I did the test yesterday - a pathetic 2 . I have no strength in my arms. So it will be wimpy ones for me.

I've printed the gubbins off to stick on the wall so me and Liebling can try it out later. Started psyching myself up now...

Did the test at the weekend and managed 20. I was going to start Day 1 today but managed to fall over on my long run yesterday and now have grazed palms. So won't be starting until next week now.

Only just seen this, I've just started a 6 week health challenge at work, one of the tests is press ups so this fits in perfectly. Going to do the initial test tonight - will have to do girlie ones as I am quite feeble!

I have decided to be wise and re-take the test doing it the girly way. Instead of a deadly 5 I managed to do 15. so I think I'll follow the advice somebody gave at one point...can't remember who though (sorry!!) to do a first challenge the girly way and then maybe do it another time the manly way. my day one is today, but later, as I have just done the test
off to change the article.
