Right, I'm clearly the only totally thick person here... cos I don't understand the instructions on the web site! It says in Initial Test that number you can do to failure gives you a rank. But then from Week 1 onwards the rank seems to have been abandoned and it's just the 3 columns. What was the initial test about? Please help me. Never mind the press ups, I can't even follow the instructions!

depending on your initial test, you follow one of the columns. So, if you do 20 in your initial test, Day 1 says you do sets of 10,10,8,6, then at least 7, with 60seconds rest between.

Day 2 would be (iirc) 12,12,10, 10, at least 15.

Just done day 2 Week 1. Only managed 20 at the end this time. On Friday i did 30, but had longer rests between sets as the bliddy door kept going!
