Just done my first day too. Same as KS on amounts. got to 15 on last set also :)

Kinkys ~ better to do good quality knee ones than bad quality plank ones or "good form" as they say. Youll build up better all reound strenght (without injury) and as you say you can always go back and do it again with plank ones. Youll probably be able to start mid way through the program.

Hang on ... you say "failed at 15" you diddnt fail girl! you achieved 15! .... Thats twice the amount you were supposed to do.

Ooops just for clarification where I said "twice the amount you were supposed to" I meant Yay! twice the minimum amount you were supposed to do.

my arms and chest hurt from yesterday's attempt at the initial test. :( Good thing I'm waiting until Monday to start. :) :)

I'm in! Just did my initial test, 14 off the toes kind. I hope my form is okay, I'm trying to do as deep as I can but not quite brushing the floor with my nose...lol. Oh well, it can only get better from here...100 here I come! :-)

did 97 tonight then arms gaveway, very easy to push out 65,i do 50 every day before running each morning,will increase to 60, should be able to complete test within week.
