I did the test yesterday too....I did only 5 of the manly one and I was in pain.....I'll start the programme on monday....and I am scared

I did 26 (but only easier lady pushups) I'll start monday. At least I can keep this up whilst on Hols in Greece.

bloody hell. thought i would start while at work yesterday. My initial test was 19 but i could not remember the number of each rep i was meant to do so i did 10 10 10 10 and and to failure 15. Hell my tits hurt today!

I'm in - did 25 on my initial test and did day 1 today - 10, 10, 8, 6 and then failed at 15 on the last set.
Only doing girly ones though because I have a history of wrist problems. Maybe if I finish this program I might be able to do it all again with full ones?
