Did Day 12 Take 3 before tea.

I'd like to complete one more session before three fullish days of other stuff starting Monday and with a class tomorrow thought I'd squash it in today - yesterday was all legs and this one all upper body so it was ok. Quite pleased actually - wasn't really planning increases but everything felt ok.

3 mins of chest press (I have ZERO pecs) is now comfortable with 2 x 6kgs. Progress!

I went out of sequence yesterday, opting for day 22 (upper body) over day 21 (legs) because I'd run earlier and didn't want to overdo my legs. It was a good one. Will do legs tomorrow but am always nervous of too many lunges - will probably keep those to bodyweight and make them slow.

I'm pleased I stopped now! I want to prioritise running and I don't need any other factors making it hard.

Mixing up the days again - day 24 tomorrow (full body).

Caroline Girvan - tiny but tough, sweet but strong.

Here's a thread rather in the manner of the Shred craze that swept Fetchland some years ago, or perhaps more recently (and less bossily) Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga each year. I found Caroline Girvan via geordiegirl (ta, GG!) and am well impressed with her workouts. I'm currently on Day 27 of her 30 day Iron Series and have STUCK TO IT. Wonders will never cease, I was beginning to despair of the likelihood of me getting any sort...
