Hiya Derby - sounds a great race! Autumn - decent long run by the sounds of it What - slushy trails with a few locals (11ish miles) Why - all I had time for last rest - 28/11 last hard - yesterday's track Had hoped for a longer effort but had a slot booked at M&S to collect the Christmas order so needed to be back earlier. Still trails were a decent enough workout. lyric - not so sure |
