With thoughts of upcoming HM set out to see how far could cover in an hour, will be pathetic to some of you but turns out was 5.66miles, happy enough given recent covid and lack of road running. So maybe can do the half between 2.20 and 2.30 hours, who knows, could be windy out west on the day and friend who did it last year says it ends with an evil hill then a run around a field with knee high grass so good to be prepared for a tough finish! Enjoy parkrun, ness, Veloci, Derby! Should have been volunteering but was hoping for a run in company but they're all away or injured or caught up in other stuff.
