9.6 miles covered out west, about 8.6 of it running so happy enough! Hard first mile with covid lack of puff and hard last 2 miles with lack of runs in the legs but happy to be out on my favourite trails in mostly sunshine but chilly showers. Did same route as P but at our own paces then decided to go for the seafood shack for lunch so all in all a bit of a treat, suspect will be closed for winter soon! Hazel, double treadmill sounds tough! veloci, but I just do it all at a snails pace! This HM will be a shock to system. And sometimes a smile is hard! |

U11s coaching later Why - running last rest - 14/09 last hard - that was tbh, started off overcast , and just around halfway heavens opened, torrential downpour for 20 minutes. Afternoon! Thanks for the photos, @PeterFay ! Saw physio, and he was cautiously pleased with progress. To up the strength work, aqua jogging and to add one or two minutes to my runs per week! |
