Very sweet Veloci 👍👍 Only just managed to throw mesself out the door for a few miles between rainstorms. Watching the upper Thames for flood warnings - running on Thursday. The first in nearly a year - a hip tester, and as a marathon-paced effort before the big one in 3 weeks' time. No adverse reaction (yet), so fingers remain x'ed. Lyrics - Nope What - feet up Why - they're tired. Last hard - 13.1 earlier in 1:24. Last rest - Yesterday.
