@Velociraptor - well done!

I was also HMing this morning. The first in nearly a year - a hip tester, and as a marathon-paced effort before the big one in 3 weeks' time. No adverse reaction (yet), so fingers remain x'ed.

Lyrics - Nope

What - feet up
Why - they're tired.

Last hard - 13.1 earlier in 1:24.

Last rest - Yesterday.

Well done half marathoners!

Consistent consistency, @Night-owl !

What: 2/3/4/3/2 minutes running with one or two minutes walk between. Most since February! Then a short aqua jog.

Why: shortened the visit to Bath due to heavy rain; as I was soaked already went for the run etc.
