A very quite thread today

Lyrics - maybe (if that’s allowed) I think I have the artist but not the song title.

What - just over six miles easy
Why - recovery from Thursdays long run and it was getting dark under the trees along the canal and i didn’t take a headtorch
Last hard - Sundays race
Last rest - last Friday
