I'm planning on doing today's run later on so that I build in a bit of extra rest time (I've been doing runs in the morning). Still feeling good, so fingers crossed.

58 on 45 points (1-9 inclusive) or 46 (1-10 inclusive)
Felt a bit odd running just over a mile today. I normally rest on Tuesday and Thursday so run 6 or 7 miles weekdays for about 20 and then 20 spread over the weekend for 40 a week on average. With lockdown, I have been resting one fewer days (working from home means more time to run) so nibbling mid-40s. If I did a regular run then I'd be up in the mid-50s and that may be too much.

Snuck in my 9k run late last night. It was fine 11:30 when I finished. Actually continued to 10k which is the longest I have run since June. Actually felt ok, possibly down to the cooler temps and the clear starry skies.

Dedication, Groundhog!
My old legs were a bit flaccid this morning, which could be coincidence or the effect of the additional runs. I'll keep to 30 minutes of running for the next couple of days.

Just ran a mile this morning - looking on it as effectively a rest day

It's amazing what your mind sees as a rest day, isn't it? During a marathon plan, anything less than a half is a rest, right?

I know I'm not 'in' anymore, but I did 10k today, 9k for yesterday and 1k for today. In my world that's fine
