I knew I would fall by the running wayside today but I have just mapped my walk this morning which comes out at 9.55km, so for my purposes, ie doing some worthwhile activity every day, that's fine by me. Although tomorrow just needs to be 1km, I may well do 10km so on my personal version of this challenge, I'm up to date on the running mileage. |

Fragile Do Not Bend
I’m so glad tomorrow is 1km, I really don’t think I could do 10. I probably shouldn’t have done 12 miles on Sunday. I’m not at all confident I’m going to make it until the end of the month, my aim now is to get the 14 day streak. |
