Awesome GG. I had hurty foot last few days only realised after getting to swimming I’d been running in trainers with no insoles!

My 30 minutes today became 50 because a session of efforts and recoveries with even a short warm up and cool down is always longer than I think it's going to be, but my legs felt like different legs from the ones that wouldn't do a thing for me yesterday. Tomorrow's run is likely to be shorter.

Thanks all it is not 100% but it’s ok.
I have a suspicion it may be trainer related. I run in vibrams and inov8’s but bought some cheaper barefoot shoes for walking they were comfortable so I’ve been running in them for short 3m runs but ran in them Friday, Saturday & Sunday which was around 20miles so they are now being kept for walking only.

no miscalculation, I did it on purpose . I think I have about 100Km this week so I am going to be slightly over target some days! I've got 32Km on Sunday for example

I got an email today from the leader of our parkrun pacign squad challenging us all to run a blind 5k (estimate your time and run without looking at your GPS and see how close you get).
I set a target of 24 minutes and sad to say I mis-estimated by over a minute, happy to say I was faster than I estimated.
