I went for a recce run with a friend today to work out there route for the last 5m of our virtual London Marathon. Did 8.5m in total and my foot was fabulous!!!

Over the moon well done to the those on for the badge and to everyone else doing what they can.

Possibly a silly question, but does the run the sum distance have to be a single run?

Sorry, silly and badly phrased. Does the distance for each day need to be a single run, or will the total of two count?

it can be more than one H, total is what counts.

Thank you! I am contemplating it, for badge purposes obvioulsy! I usually do a notparkrun on a Saturday with a group of friends, wondered if (say) the 29th would need a full 11 k run or if 5 +6 later would do.

About This Thread

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.

3) Complete the whole month to get a badge.
