Hopefully 3k keeps your Run streak going bja. Anything more than a mile in my book, though I know some are content with less, and fair enough. Either way 3k gotta count

I ran on 31st Aug so got my 14 day streak badge yesterday. Definitely my longest streak. So far so good even with a badly bruised toe, but reckon it's going to start feeling tougher

For reason that I can't now remember, I ran the last 10 days of August - before the RTS obsession kicked in, so got my 21 day badge on Friday. I would normally have 2 days off a week (previously my best streak was 7 days). I can confirm that it gets harder 😂 Weirdly I've found it tougher running the shorter distances over the last few days, though that's doubtless the cumulative effect. 30th feels a long way away!

Need to run 5k in the next hour, but it's fine 11pm and I'm in A&E with my son. 😯
I might actually go for a jog just before midnight but not sure if I'll upload until after. Don't know if that would count?
