Hope all is going well for those doing project joker. I did my interval training session this morning and it went well. That takes me to the end of week 7. I just can’t decide if I’m going to consider a parkrun for the retest at the end because parkrun will have only just restarted so they might be a bit busy! Might find a flat route and run on my own. Is anyone else considering a return to parkrunning?

Well done Ness and MisterTea. Ness - when I did my final 5k I used the same route that I did my first PJ benchmark 5k so that I could see a direct comparison.

I’m planning to start another round of PJ in a couple of weeks as I really like the three structured sessions each week.

I don't run parkrun's just not my cup of tea. I think I have run 4 over the course of the years. They are also not starting as yet in wales;-)

When I need to run the 5k will find flat route and run on my own.
