For me, my average pace has declined significantly - but I am racing much faster. It's because I've followed advice to slow down some training runs, not because I've got slower at running.

I'd expect my races to get quicker. There's no graph for quicker races. Actually, there is a graph of WAVA progress (combination of reducing race times and increasing age). G
