Howdy Is there something clever in Fetch which will show my average speeds over time on an attractive graph. Especially if it shows me getting faster over the last few years.... *sigh* |

It's a bit meaningless though unless all of your training is always consistent in terms of the mix of types of runs for example. For me, my average pace has declined significantly - but I am racing much faster. It's because I've followed advice to slow down some training runs, not because I've got slower at running. |

Yeah, I'm same as larkim. If I were training smarter, I wouldn't expect my average training pace to get quicker. I'd expect my races to get quicker. There's no graph for quicker races. Actually, there is a graph of WAVA progress (combination of reducing race times and increasing age). G
