6.55 kms marched, half of them uphill, for that treshold effect
Felt fast... Considering all my run/walking and walking is off road and pretty hilly, I am very pleased with my pace...

Good efforts all.
I have played too many jokers on Intervals, did 10 x 1/4 mile tonight and it went really well despite struggling on the last 2.
We now have a 5k very close on the last Tuesday of the next 4 months so I may get my retest in there. Not a PB course, but a good marker.

Sofa bound today, but did manage my RTS run/walk. Two more weeks till crunch time: can I run/walk faster than I did at the start of this project? Quite a few jokers used. I may need to start another round...

It looks like your intervals were very good, mr d. Good luck with those 5k races too.
Good luck, Hanneke. I hope you see improvement when you do your retest.
I know some of our Project Joker participants are finding things a bit tough at the mo. Hope you can play those jokers and feel comfortable to get back into the training sessions when you’re ready. Of course, enjoying the running is the most important thing. Take care, all. x

First tempo session today and it was okish. Tad dodgy pacing to start with but more under control later on. Opting to skip intervals until other side Windermere marathon to be cautious

The results are in... Week 10 was pretty much a write off as I didn’t do my intervals or threshold run. Arranged to meet my friend tonight to do my 5k run, good job she turned up because I could easily have not done it! However....proof that Project Joker works - starting 5k time was 33:13. Final 5k time .... A massive 1 minute 20 secs faster 🥳 Absolutely over the moon with that.
