KS, I prefer long myself, always did a 2 mile warm up and cool down for tempo and interval runs. My long run from 90 mins + always slow though.

Yesterdays run/walk yielded a 50% WAVA! So definitely getting faster! 2 more weeks and I have a go at the original 5k route of my Benchmark!
