Getting ridiculous now, another pb by 40 seconds. Despite congestion on the course (two cars!). Twice weekly online HIIT sessions must be helping.

Enjoying the post run coffee and apple pie.

27.44, best effort since last July, felt pants before I started too. Changed the route mind, nice flat start, slight uphill for a k, then slight downhill for a mile, still all good....

30.43 best of the 6 fake runs. Now to aim for sub again. Hamstring still niggly but trying to rest as much as possible

DT, that is a beautiful parkrun course. I haven’t seen a hill since the first of March. Nice to be reminded about them. ;-)

A course record by two seconds. Three course records in a row, but I think I might need to do some speed training if I want any more time to come off. First I need to read up on speed training...

parkrun tourism done, 36:36. Thought it would be a less hilly route, but I was wrong, clearly there are just no flat bits near my Mum's house in Bradford.

Lot of dog walkers about, and I have to say, a lot of my fellow Bradfordians seem to have no idea what 6 feet distance is.

Really pleased with 21:06 this morning which is a course pb and at the moment 2nd out of the 16 who have their results so far. Great to see 3 others i know from parkrun out running as well.

In fact saw more runners than cars on what is a built up route. Nice to have a (Zoom) parkrun cafe meetup afterwards with the rest of the core team

We had a zoom parkrun cafe meetup too. One of the participants filmed part of it, to show her family in Spain that it is possible to have a chat with 10+ people without everyone talking at once ;-)
