Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

32-22 for 9 second PB. Started early and didn’t trust my studs completely on the wet grass. I always follow Stef round but took the lead out role for last five laps. If I’d have really gone for it with seven or eight laps remaining I think I’d have just about cracked 32 minutes. Actual distance 3.14 miles nerd

Not being Agra-phobic, but possibly a little insomniacal... I did mine at 5am. Nice scenery. Taj Mahal was quiet but very pretty.

(is Insomniacal a word? I would like to know as its keeping me up at night wondering).

Bit slow but faster than recently... 37:40

Nice to get a PB, Derby Tup. How many laps is the paddock?

The best I could do for a virtual parkrun was thirty minutes of aerobics. My Garmin shows that I ran the equivalent of 1.9 miles.

We change directions every five laps and there’s just under ten feet of climb per lap

Sigh
Fake parkrun done in 27:57. 5 seconds slower than last week, but I was still first finisher :-)
