I’m in again. Crikey, where did the week go? Fake parkrun has come round again already.

Did the week go, or is it the same week? It's sometimes hard to tell at the moment 😝

It really is one man and his dog here at the moment. I reckon all the other runners are still in bed

Yep, still in bed. Reckon I’m going to be doing a virtual Scottish parkrun today.

Surprised myself with a 70 second PB today. Good conditions, a few more spectators today. Should really have slowed down as I cant see myself beating that next week!

Early Fake today so paths quiet. The light drizzle certainly cleared the usual walkers. Only saw a few out. Still trying to scrape the 30 min marker. But Sat is my last day of running before rest day on Sunday. So legs always heavy. Hope everyone is keeping safe.

Out and back course along a quiet, unoccupied stretch of towpath. Got a time of 27:52, which is my second fastest time for a fake parkrun. Happy with that, and I'll probably use this course again.

Completed Fake parkrun and stopped for a coffee in Central Perk. Rachel wasn't in.
GPS gave a slightly improved pace (one day this week it was showing more than 10mins p/km). So still running longer than my real pace needs me to. Garden starting to suffer as it's wet grass.
