Groundhog
Mickle Hill fake parkrun #4. Another PB, this time by just 6 seconds. Started in the afternoon as couldn't get the JM15-17 runner out of bed. Boy, it's a hilly course. |

When I do track events they let you change direction every four, or is it every 6 hours. It's been a wee while

6hrs never bothered but 12hrs at 6 hours and I think the 24hr was every 3 but all organisers seems to have their own ideas

Changed direction after 5 laps today - if I do a 10k round the 'rec it'll be 11 laps so a mid-run switch might be a good idea. Today was not that day.
