I like the infographic on the news page of Tremorfa (scroll down, just past the biscuits..)

Our ED can't be doing with the faffing about with Slack...so I'm monitoring it for her. Quite frankly I don't see the point either..

There's a post on parkrun Friends Scotland Facebook page pointing out that there were 26 new parkrunners at Aviemore last week (as in first ever runs), most of them in the older age categories (up to VM85-89). I wonder if it was a bus trip?
