Not necessarily Homer. Today I saw a man approach the line slowly, stop; and then bunny hop over.

I must admit, after that, I did not notice whether he thanked the timers or not.

Ha! True though, I don't think I've ever thanked a timer, too busy getting up the funnel before I can cause a blockage.

Enjoyed my pilgrimage to Bushy a lot but not sure I would hurry back- just so, so busy! (Plus many other options to try in the area)

A couple of weeks ago someone threw up on our finish tokens oerson after crossing the line! They were super apologetic & I suspect supremly embarrassed :)
