202 at Workington, including a Fetchie visitor whom I didn't have a chance to chat with because I had to go to work. Gorgeous weather. I set out to run pleasantly hard, but by the end I was racing.

Returning from an injury, running a record attended Royal Tunbridge Wells in the sun.
What’s not to like.
Even said good morning to our resident anti parkrun dog walker.
She still ignored me, but made me smile!

Apparently a new volunteer role required today.
Sometime between set up of the funnel and the first finisher, someone allowed their dog to 'do its business' and then didnt clean it up. Think the volunteers were alerted and dealt with it before the masses started to come through.

We went to Lymington parkrun today. Lovely little park but not keen on 3 laps. I couldn’t run it (although I did try!) because I hadn’t packed a sports bra 🙄
Very friendly people and only a small field too.

We often have to do that, Baz. We have disposable gloves especially for that.

LindsD’s response to Baz works even better as a response to SarahWoo

I think it's blindcider who's involved with the Curly-Wurly parkrun? Some friends touristed there today and have just described it as 'totally bonkers and completely brilliant. A definite must-do'
