Second birthday at Conwy today, my fiftieth and also got given a medal for volunteering throughout the year.
And oh yeah, we started in a sideways hailstorm :D
What was funny is, the council had again padlocked the gate so we had to move the start. The council sports participation officer, who had been in touch with the relevant department to make sure it was open..was present today! I think somebody in the council may get a rollocking!

Glad I hadn't planned on doing parkrun today as it fell victim to the icy paths.

43 runners at Stonehaven today in the sunshine, but it was freezing! People said it was less slippy than usual because we often have mud.

Osterley was nice and informal. 3 laps through the grounds on hard packed paths and grass. A few icy puddles and frozen grass kept it interesting!

Saturday record at Forest Rec (only beaten by two Christmas Day events). Long Eaton and Rushcliffe cancelling may have helped.
