Oxford are reverting to the old "winter" three lap course as the new "permanent" course is very muddy.

Did Osterley Inaugural from memory gravel paths, a little rough out the back then through some woodland and across grass, small section of tarmac at the start 2 laps

I ran the Nambour parkrun this morning in Queensland. Reputed to be the hardest parkrun in Australia, I can confirm it is indeed very hard!

Good run today (post Christmas stupor almost gone).

Had an interesting chat with a tourist, one of the RDs from Bushy. It was interesting to compare the different scales of our events; Oxford around 300 and Bushy regularly over 1,000!
