590 at Frimley today and I was 355th with a mild improvement on my post COVID comeback. Lots of friends and I ran with my son before we went to collect mum for the day.

Turns out that I'd messed up setting up my barcode on my new watch - The amazing team from Barking have sorted it out.

Dinton results finally out. We had 665 which was a record by 9. It’s about 20 off having to use raffle tickets. I wonder how w many we will get on NYD.

Salisbury today, Both our men’s and women’s records were smashed. Jake SMITH took 17 seconds off for 14:38 and local young lady Bea WOODS took 6 seconds off her record for a 16:40.

I follow Jake Smith on strava and he mentioned he thought that he lapped 440 runners on the 4 lap course!

Well, he was lapping at about 4:05 a lap ( there’s a start and finish spur extra to a lap) .. so could have caught every runner who ran 21:00 or slower.. top 54 might have escaped him so , he probably took 407 of them 😎
