441 today apparently. Still far off the next milestone so I had to look up what number I was on!

Pacing at Greenwich today which puts me on 97 volunteer credits. I’m RD on the 9th, will pace again on the 30 and then if I’ve calculated correctly the 2nd Saturday in Dec will see me and D2 do our 100th volunteers together :-)

(She’s been doing hers every week as part of DoE)

1 Camperdown, 1 Drumpellier & 4 Polloks for a P index of 10 required. Then that challenge can bugger off 😀

Number 444 completed at my home parkrun.

Nice to catch up in the café afterwards with couple of parkrunners I've known from my early days at Reading parkrun, one just past 550 parkruns and the other approaching 600!

I'm now one Pollok off p=10 after a visit to Dunfermline today. Saw @_andy for the second week in a row :-) and ran better than I have been recently.

Had another hour's wander around Pittencrieff Park after the run, it was looking absolutely stunning in the late Autumn sunshine.
