Dear me. I'm feeling fortunate we are still allowed to parkrun at the moment and am going to volunteer at Sandhurst parkrun. I'm helping set the course and tail walk. I'm on 494 runs and a little nervous as to whether we will get to the end of January before another stop.

Plodded round Royal Tunbridge Wells this morning. Proper mudfest. Pre-run pic with my sister-in-law.

Wish I'd done one this morning, just couldn't get the couple of hours off to go to my nearest one.

I'll make up for it with freedom runs and NYD if Boris allows....

Very good all the family runners :-) Falkirk for me, 50 shirt as a concession to the season. Usual Santas and elves and several people in rubber turkey headgear. Especially high (and noisy!) amount of barkrunners, including unusually a greyhound, who trotted round serenely.

Lots of woofers at Keswick today, and a mild not-in-the-spirit altercation out on the course between the leading runner coming back, who clearly hadn't got the memo about it not being a race, and a chap running with a dog who'd clearly had his earphones in during the bit of the briefing about keeping to the left on the path.

We stopped off at Aberdare on the way to collect my mother. Just trotted round with the other half. Nice course with a definite climb you do 3 times
