Not something to start when

A. you don't know how many parkruns you have done

B. you do know its quite a few

My barcode only has 4 numbers on it, they gave them out alphabetically when they moved to them.

I doubt I have a Wilson Index, was on the core team when we set up Maldon, and have never been to an inaugural

I don't have a Wilson Index either, unless there is an inaugural down the road from me I doubt I'll get one now.

Exmouth for me on Saturday, probably be a wet one but often they are the most fun.

If you have never been to an inaugural then look at the 5K app for the floating Wilson index (it’s consecutive numbers starting at any number)

Yes the floating Wilson index lets you play the game while being kind to new event core teams. It wouldn’t be my star of choice personally. The p and v indexes (or indices?) are probably a better fit for the way I like to parkrun.

Actually ran my parkrun today after a warm up run walk to set up the course. Boy it was hard work, I really feel like I'm starting from scratch with running. However, there's always a bonus and this time I got to run and chat with another runner I hadn't seen for ages.
