Agree that £50 seems a lot, might depend on the quality and how much wear they would take

I don't know what the milestone ones are like, but I've had one of the black & gold (apricot) zipped ones for a couple of years, and it's really nicely made - probably the nicest hoody I have (and I have a few!).

That being said, I don't see myself getting one unless they introduce a zipped 500 in about 3 years time...

I think the parkrun gear is brilliant quality - I don't think £50 is too bad, against other makes that don't seem as good. I don't think I'll get a 250 one as I've already got a vest and long sleeved T but wouldn't be disappointed if I end up getting one for Christmas. :-P

I don’t wear hoodies enough to justify the £50 to be honest.

50 quid is not bad for a good hoodie but no I won't be buying one. I'm just not a big enough parkrun fan.

I have an old school 100 jacket somewhere which is the only older kit I have kept. It's sort of a souvenir of how parkrun was.

I'll never buy or wear a volunteer tshirt

My 250 t-shirt is black with the gold graphic on the back and only comes out if I attend a milestone event. (Damn thing is really hot to run in)

Reality is I have never bought any parkrun kit.

If I run one more parkrun this year I'll equal last year's total (11)

I wear hoodies a lot - I am due to do my 500th run around April next year so will probably indulge then.

I like purple, so might also get a V25 one. However, I have more hoodies than I really know what to do with!

I got gifted a grey one as Pro Direct did some parkrun promo work that I was involved with before covid kicked off, along with a few from my club. It’s actually the nicest quality hoodie I own. I wouldn’t buy one though.

I was so gutted the 100 milestone changed from jacket to t-shirt just around the time I earned mine. I wish they’d bring the jacket back as a purchasable item.

Mr. K.
100 milestone - in years gone by you had a T-Shirt AND a Jacket.
