Not a best wava DV , got nearly 90 % last year but it is a higher wava than my actual all time 5k pb HG - has been a strange year and definitely not a runners one

I got my all time best age grading last weekend, a comparatively modest 58.89%! My 3rd fastest time. Today was much slower, horribly muddy and torrential rain but didn’t put my neighbour off running his first Parkrun ever! Tourism next week for me - will be doing Malmö in Sweden. |
