My daughter has informed me that in August the extended low emission zone in London will include Bushy Park.


That's good news. Hopefully it will go some way to reducing single occupant congestion in the park.

No parkrun for me tomorrow, which is the first one I’ve missed for a while. If I want to do 50 this year (which would be my first time doing that) I think I’ve got to do all the remaining ones, including Xmas day, so it may not happen.

Hmm. Rugby hopefully as staying with family..although I see its 19 degrees centigrade at 9am! Second weekend in a row getting the headband out after Rothay Park last week
