I very rarely go to HH, the beach is my home run but go to HH or Stonehaven every now and again just to test myself with the hills and trails.
I like your out and back as it's always nice to see the fasties that I wouldn't normally see as I'm too slow ;-) . Hope you enjoyed your cupcake :-)

Any tips for Victoria Dock parkrun

Flat, fast, mostly paved - a few cobbles to look out for.
I've done it 3 times - and the route's been different each time...
I think they're still using the double-out-and-back route (which is my least favourite of the 3) - what do you want to know?

Just working out where to go on Saturday. Ideally I'd like to go to a new to me event that's fast. I've been looking here: thepowerof10.info and I think it may be Aylesbury but it's not set in stone yet.
