Glad you all enjoyed 😁 Barry Island parkrun for me with a new F60 course record of 22:12, 1st female finisher and highest age grading of the day with 86.19. 😁 The course was hillier than I first thought but beautiful views! A couple of sharp climbs and long drags but very nice downs and flat esplanade as well. Really enjoyed it despite the heavy rain and having to slow on corners...Bright sunshine this afternoon. The difference a few hours make... Off to Podium 5k in Cardiff tonight as hubby is running in one of the races. We'll then stop to watch the faster races Wordle in 4.
