@Rosehip: Well done, 30-3-30 is solid improvement. Very close to a full hour running - effectively there now. Aim for that next run. Perhaps cut the pace a fraction in the middle if it gets tough but you can clearly make it now.

Thanks, @NZD ! Very conscious of that! @Rosehip , do you always run alone; so much easier with others, although these days it is nearly always solo. |

@Rosehip plenty of runners at parkrun finishing in 40 minutes plus (8 min/km). Do you have a local parkrun close by. Worth a try?
