No nostalgia for school days for me. It was a good school, I got a decent education but I was an utterly horrible teenager.

Sorry Mmm, but "My schooldays were the happiest days of my life", I have a thirst for learning so I enjoyed studying.

My adult life, especially at work, has been less than happy, for reasons that may become clear in a few weeks' time.

My school days were ok, some better than others, much like the rest of life. What I most regret was the way I aimlessly wasted my twenties.

I quite enjoyed school. I was good at a lot of school stuff and always found my tribe. But I was more than ready to leave when I was 17.

I enjoyed high school, middle school less, so. High school band trips were the fun part. Where I grew up, high school was either 4 or 5 years - the latter if one had plans to go to university.

I enjoyed school but then it was a good school sport wise and ended up team captain on lots of things, and representing County in some. Left halway through 6th form due to poor health and missing too much of year course. Walked into a YTS job, meet my hubby and the rest in history..

Well school wasn’t unhappy but I moved to a different high school to majority of my friends then my friends from school were too far away to socialise with, I was poorly a lot of the time, got out in different classes to my new school friends as I struggled with maths (the idea was struggling just forget about) and I was in classes where there was a few disruptive kids I didn’t have anything in common with. In a working life I have choices and I’m happier with that.

The carefree days were pretty good though. And I wish I’d been closer to my brother than always fighting with him but we are pretty close now.

I didn’t particularly enjoy school in spite of being reasonably bright. My life started when I left and started working
