Also my skin is really smooth The mental postives are just too many to list I think naturally neoprened or wetsuited swimming through winter is a wonderful gift

No thermometer but the water was ‘bloody cold’ (well below the 16/17* of late). I’ve enjoyed swimming in summer and getting in longer swims but I’d forgotten how amazing it feels to swim in proper cold water.
