LD, it was the changing faff that put me off (retrospectively). Somewhere private & secure makes all the difference.
Weather was rubbish but water plenty warm enough for a good wetsuit swim rather than brief dip. Hope it works out for you at w/e

Assuming the elbow is up to the wetsuit wrestling - maybe a dress rehearsal!

The elbow should be OK. My bigger problem is tendinitis in the other upper arm - it's painful just to put coats and jackets on, so a wetsuit may be a challenge!

I (literally) feel your pain. Since being diagnosed with my particular type of reactive arthritis one of the key area has been in the upper arms and in particular the tendons that insert in front of my shoulders. I tell you what, pain is a marvelous teacher .... it really makes you rotate your hips and engage your back muscles!

Mine's rolled up in the airing cupboard - I was hoping the steady warmth would keep the neoprene supple. I know nothing about neoprene but it seemed like a good idea at the time

Had a dip this morning water temp 14.4, 2 swim caps ! felt ok but took a while to get proper mobility back into feet & hands after!
Wet suit will go off to have arm sealed up when i can drop it in.
