Day 13 done. Just cannot stand for more than a second on one leg without holding onto something.

What modified donkey kicks? I did day 12 yesterday and can't remember them! Am obvs senile or in denial (I do donkey kicks so feel I SHOULD remember them.)

And that's day 13. First time that I've felt a bit lacking on the balances. I can't get my free leg up very high -ie to horizontal- without wobbling. Rather like single leg deadlifts to be honest. Or arabesques come to that!

Also I bet it would be easier a second time through. Even glancing at my laptop - which I had on the floor - throws you (me) OFF balance a bit.

I liked the toe stretches near the beginning. WORK little toe, damn you!

She had us on all fours drawing circles with our knees with leg lifted in donkey kick position

We had to eat later so I could do the yoga first. I'd never have got round to it otherwise.

Really liked day 13. I’ll do it again. The balances were challenging but not impossible.
