Am thinking 6am, but could well be wrong. Vague memories of resorting to being a day behind because of sometimes managing yoga before 6.

I finished the 30 days from 2015 last weekend amd have been RUBBISH at getting my daily yoga in since. I did the first one of 2016 but then stopped. I might just pick my own until January and then do FLOW as it happens.
