lin50 Oct 2023 7:54pm, 11 Oct 2023 4,919 posts	0 lin50 I’m still doing yoga every day but I haven’t been following the October calendar. I’ve been dipping in and out of random Adriene sessions and I also did a live online arm balance session with Yogi Flight School which was really good.

Wednesday is in person class. Replacement teacher now and it was good to have someone different. The online arm balance class sounds really interesting!

DrMags Oct 2023 7:58pm, 13 Oct 2023 151 posts	0 DrMags Just back from a week’s Ashtanga yoga retreat at a mountain lodge / yoga retreat centre in Norway run by Alexander Medin. Tough going but very enlightening to have hands-on teaching, combined with led meditation and yoga philosophy talks. Got into a few positions I couldn’t otherwise have done. This was the distracting view from the yoga studio - and provided a couple of serious hikes for filling free time.
