Yoga has a lot of 'inversions' so - although I have cast iron digestion and think nothing of a track session almost straight after a big breakfast - I think it's better before eating. Esp as sessions can be pretty short and still useful. Say ten mins before breakfast (if you eat it) or ten mins before bedtime - hoping that's a decent time after evening meal.

Or just don't do any upside down stuff!

Tricky though as down dogs are so often used.

I tend to do my session before breakfast but, where that isn't possible, I'm usually good to go 20-30 mins after food (except if it is a large dinner in which case I tend to just fall asleep on the sofa instead :-) )
