Oh yes, there is SO much more content than the 30 day series! The series are great for building a habit and then the world is your oyster :-)

I’m still doing yoga with Adriene every day and really enjoying it. Tonight was ‘Root to Rise’.

There are so many to choose from…I love just putting YouTube on and seeing what it suggests.

There is so much choice and using either the suggested calendar sessions or whatever YouTube suggests is great fun :-)

I really like Root to Rise. One of my favourites

I fell off the Adriene wagon but currently on a weekend yoga retreat in Aberfeldy. I would thoroughly recommend it.

We were talking about Root to Rise and it happens to be the first session in April's calendar which is aptly named "Root"
