Lyrics: No. Aware of the song title and artist, but no recollection of having actually heard it. What: I think any running I do today will be on the treadmill, though I hope I'll at least manage a walk outside. And a blood donation since my ban appears to have been overturned and I was able to make an appointment for this afternoon. Why: I like running and I want to get faster. Last hard: Parkrun on Saturday.
