The unofficial Google Chrome add-on has provided many extra challenges for folk to choose from. The release of the first version was just before Easter this year, and coincided with people discovering about the Pirates challenge -which started life in Australia I believe, which folk were talking about at the beginning of the year.

Stopwatch bingo is the name used for the last two digits if a parkrun time bingo, and yes, people do position bingo also - although so far this particular parkrun bingo has yet to appear on the Chrome add-on.

I just tend to base my choice on how early I can face getting out of bed on a Saturday!

Coldham Common in Cambridge a possibility for the Autumn. Not sure if it's been mentioned before?

I’ve been keeping quiet about Loughborough as it could probably do with a quiet launch.

Coldhams Common will possibly start in the autumn. The council are ambivalent and we desperately need a low key start. I will not be passing on any other information and will shoot down any attempt to publicise the launch, if we go ahead

There may be an inaugural parkrun happening near you. Best to check with the local parkrun volunteers to see if they want you to know about it or not.

Otherwise there are plenty of already established parkruns to go to in the UK and abroad, see: parkrun.org.uk
